Our personality test is built on the Big Five (OCEAN) model — the most researched personality framework in psychology. It has 60+ years of peer-reviewed studies behind it, conducted across more than 50 countries. It is the scientific foundation behind every serious commercial assessment, including SHL's OPQ, Saville's Wave, and Hogrefe's NEO PI-R.
Our AI Readiness test is built in-house by the same specialist, using the same psychometric construction principles. It measures applied AI competence across four progressive levels — what a candidate can actually do, not what they claim on a CV. It is, as far as we know, the first hiring-focused AI competence test built on proper psychometric foundations.
An aptitude test (logical reasoning) is on the roadmap and will be available in 2026.
